Working in partnership with SA Law, Wenta offer independent business legal advice to support start-up businesses with business legislation, regulations and a comprehensive range of business related legal issues.

Time: 1 hour appointments
Cost: £45 (inc VAT)*
Venues: Luton, Stevenage and Watford

The legal srugery can help you with the following:

Checking terms and conditions of trading
Assessing the issues to be considered when jointly owning a business with someone else
How to set-up a partnership
How to dissolve a partnership
What can be done to collect late payments
How to buy or sell a business
How to terminate an employment contract

We request that those wishing to take advantage of these services complete an application form prior to an appointment. Consultations are confidential and impartial.

Please note all applications for a legal surgery session must be made at least one week prior to the start date.
